For warranty repairs and replacements please contact me (see Contact Us page). We will need proof of purchase with a purchase date (but we will take your word for it if you can't easily find it). If you are in the US we generally will send a replacement with a pre-paid mailer to return the old item.
If you bought it outside the US from a dealer please return the unit to them and request a replacement. If they cannot help contact us.
Have a bad board that is outside of the 1-year warranty? Don't throw it away - I can repair most damage to our boards!
The fee is $25.00 for first board and $20 for any additional and includes return shipping to the US. If you are outside US I think the high shipping will make this service inpractable.
